I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

I've been seeing Dr. Hume for several years, since my original long-term vet retired. She is always available to answer questions, and she's patient and down-to-earth with her answers. She covers all the treatment options available, and she's always been understanding about the financial and practical considerations pet owners need to make. Her staff is friendly and helpful, and everyone is very kind not only to the animals but also to their owners. I'm extremely happy to have found such a wonderful veterinary practice for my three cats and one dog!
