Brought my cat here to have her bottom shaved because she is to big to clean herself. The Vet and Receptionist were very sincere. Will be back soon for shots, etc.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
