They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.

The above was not written by me because I submitted my own review and it went through. However I found this and would like this to be submitted. Although it's not mine I will take responsibility for submitting it.

I would NEVER refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had known how terrible they were I never would have let my mom go there. They are a very disconnected organization, and their internal communication is very poor - thus, one nurse has no idea what the next nurse has done/will do. There is only one nurse (who is the unit manager) who seems to know what was going on. Also extremely difficult to reach a live person on the phone, so getting patient updates is virtually impossible. The food is also inedible.
