My Dog is my baby and they are always amazing with him. He goes in and they always call to make sure he is ok. Plus they they call for a few weeks after.. I wouldn't go to any other vet here EVER..Love Dr Omann and the staff

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave. My pet was allowed to stay with me for all examinations but obviously not when going in for surgery. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well.

Never, they are very reliable.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people and always loved seeing our dogs! I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I have never seen my pets so calm at the veterinarian before. They really seem to have such a gift with animals here. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. I know I can count on their help any time or day - trust me I've called at all times day or night.
