I have been going 7 years to this clinic. I have never had a bad experience. I explained what problems I was having and I came in with herniated discs and found out I have extremely low testosterone and very low vitamin D causing me to have hardly any energy. They have been treating me and things have gotten better with my health ever since. When I make an appointment, even when I show up a COUPLE minutes late, I never wait more than 5 minutes to get in to the patient room. They are very busy and keep their appointments booked, so making an appointment would mean calling at least two weeks in advance, sometimes three. They are concerned with their patients health and are always looking for ways to improve it. Meaning they'll try different medications or even natural ways of improving your health.

First time was a hit. After that each time I've waited over an hour! Not going again. My time is too valuable. I am paying them to let me sit in their waiting room thats bull. Receptionists don't actually make eye contact and doctors say the same thing each time no matter what the aliment is.

Never go here. Really bad service, they don't have any idea what they are doing. They put me on medication I did not need, for a problem I didn't have. They over charged my insurance company, and charge for things they did not do. So watch the billing. They said my appointment was a different day then they put in there computer, said they called but never did(I have cell phone records) then charged $25 for a missed appointment. They did a pill count on me, which was fine, but I forgot to bring my case with the current week pills. I told the counter person I would run home and get them, they say that was ok and sent me on my way. When I went to my next appointment the doctor told me I had to come every week for a month. And he could only do a week at a time for my medication. I could go on and on.

The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely
overpriced and I felt ripped off. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure.
