They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
