we took our 4 month old kitten smokey in to be spayed and have her first shots' everyone was very nice and professional the dr was very caring and you could tell she truly loves animals. we left smokey and was called later that day to pick her up everything went well and the cost was minimal compared to our vet we had been using would highly recommend this hospital

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I was in there at 7:15 am as I was told that I could drop off my pet between 7am and 730am when I arrived the doors were closed and when I called the number displayed I was informed that they opened at 730 I explained that I was told I could drop my pet at 7 she said we no we open at 730. I told the lady that they needed to tell there employees when scheduling appointments that they should tell the customers the right time, and hung up within a few minutes a man came out I assume it was the vet and accused me of cussing at the lady. he didn't talk to me yelled at me and kept accusing me of cussing so I left. the better business bureau will be hearing from me.
