I have 4 dogs and started going to this vet because I thought some of the others in the area were getting too expensive. I just love it there and totally trust Dr. Livingston's opinion. She is a no-nonsense person and I like that. She sits on the floor with my pets and does not want to stress them any more than necessary. She takes her time to develop a rapport with each individual animal.
She has also been the one to call me back to give reports on several occasions, especially after surgeries.
I totally trust Dr. Livingston's advice. She gives all the options and stays very neutral about each option and then respects your decision. She's the best!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Did this animal hospital use current and safe equipment?
Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept
