A few weeks ago, we had to have our beloved English Mastiff "Otis" put to sleep. He had cancer. Dr. Keplinger and her staff were wonderful and caring. We couldn't have asked for a better staff of people. ALL were absolutely wonderful.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either.
