This so called vet is more worried about wearing a mask than my sadies health and even the vet tech said "its only a dog" i will never take my kid hear again

They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. If you are looking for a veterinarian that offers after-hour emergency services then don't come here! It's hard enough getting them to see me during regular business hours and it is really unsettling to me that I can't count on them when I may need them more than ever. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
