I have always had a positive experience at this office. My only concern is the nurse staff. One in particular who is always rude, has a horrible attitude and talks down to you as a person. At first I thought she may be having a bad day, but her bad days have never stopped. I never receive a call back when she answers and my messages are never received when taken. I will be finding a new office after being a patient of this facility for over ten years. Just for the fact of the unprofessional experience I continue to receive by Heather.
