He almost killed me and my fourth baby! Thought he lost his license! I know I will never have a male obgyn after my last pregnancy. I had preeclampsia in my 4 th child. I think it was a miracle that protected her since she was delivered early and smaller. 5.9” the placenta was failing so she started losing weight due to the preeclampsia. She ended up having a true knot and cord around her neck twice so that is why I say it saved her. I have known other babies with that who have died before birth.
Anyways he said my headaches were from my hair scrunches, (told him I knew the difference between head hurting and hair hurting) was going to send me to a neurologist due to the headaches and started me on Tylenol with Percocet. I knew I was dying or felt it, he said my high blood pressure wasn’t real and was “white coat syndrome”. He said don’t call me again about headaches, so I called my primary who sent me to the hospital. They wouldn’t let me leave and when they called my obgyn he was pissed and dumped me as a patient. So now I was delivering in an unknown unvisited labor and delivery department. Stuck on bed rest and we almost died, all due to a man’s ego. He will never know what labor is like so now I don’t trust male obgyn! I had a good one as well who took over in the am after they delivered my baby early at 36 weeks, but the other one tarnished my thoughts on all. Btw heard he had killed a baby two weeks prior to mine don’t know if it was true but wouldn’t surprise me how he treated me. This is all documented! Saw him in centreville.
