Never, they are very reliable.
Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock. I can always count on this veterinarian to be there for me, whether it is to answer a late night phone call or come in for an after-hour emergency. Their dedication to their clients is unparalled to any other vet I've been to. When it was time to put my beloved Basset Hound down, I could not have been in a more comforting and caring place. Everyone in the Health Center made a point of making me comfortable and took the most loving care with Gabby Girl....she passed away with no pain, and surrounded by love.
