Dr. Susan saw my baby and had to give us the worse diagnosis ever. This was the first time we have met her and her staff. They were by far the MOST compassionate ever! Our hearts were breaking and so we're theirs. They were so attentive to our girl, talked to her and made here comfortable until the end. When our baby passed, Dr Susan actually grabbed both my husband and myself and hugged us! Miss Alicia was very compassionate and cried with us ! Wow! What an experience. Would not trade it for anything! The real deal here!

I took my German shepherd and bichon to Dr. Susan. She was wonderful with both dogs and explained everything in depth. You can tell she loves all the animals. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

AK veterinary service in Roundup, Montana has taken care of several of my fur children and I have only praise for the care and passion shown to my fur children. If my fur children needed care that they could not provide, we were referred to specialist of the field needed.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. This vet and her staff are outstanding. Not only are they helpful to pet owners, they are careful with the pets. The vet is experienced and excellent at diagnosis of difficult health issues. I have been taking my cat and several dogs to her for years. Her husband does the big animals and his reputation in the community is excellent, too. We thank God for them!
