It is a strange facility with an even odder way of treating patients with disrespect and in an outright controlling manner. As a friend said to me, "I don't know why you even want to go there with the way they've been treating you and your concerns. You've got to question if they have the right attitude to serve your health needs with appropriate compassion. By the way they've been treating you, that seems unlikely...They clearly have a cavalier disregard for your pain. Please, find another place that cares about your health and suffering more than your dollars or whatever it is that motivates them."

That last rude phone call from them today was hateful; I've reconsidered my friends insights, and I'm moving on since my best interests don't appear to be of value with this place. So sad, too, I had such high hopes, and I have waited for over 6 months with 5 more months before I could even get to yet be seen--and, unilaterally, they decided I can't have that appointment now... Geesh! It is like being in a weird movie in the 'twilight zone.'

Truly, I have no idea what's going on there, but customer-patient service is not one of them from my experience.

I'm only sharing this because, in this instance, I don't think "silence is golden." I invested over 6 months of waiting (while in daily pain) and then, to have this occur! It is not right, and it would be wrong for me to remain silent. Others deserve to be duly aware of this indifference aspect so that they don't suffer the same slam.

Anyone who suffers a lot of pain, knows how pain is an awful silent partner to have by your side daily, and to have this type of affront occur is inexcusable and cruel, in my opinion. And yours? At least you have this consideration to ponder... I didn't have this information to help me make a choice to better serve and protect my interests. Now, that 6 months in wait for my appointment is time lost for securing another health professional.

Sometimes, telling the truth carries its own weight, and it feels like a burden, albeit an honest one this time around. :(

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
