I am going to look for a different doctor because the staff at the front desk are rude and always act annoyed. Before you can ask your question they answer rudely with an answer to a question that you were not going to ask. They don't seem to happy to be working there. Also the employees in the back are not that friendly either. They don't like to be asked questions either. If I am going to get charged a lot to go to a doctor I want to go to a place that I don't get my head bit off if I have a question. It is not like they are giving me anything for free. I am a paying customer they should give their customers respect.

Dr. Mark Flanigan has been the primary care physician for my entire family for years. He is an amazing man, well trained in curing common daily ailments, sports medicine and serious injuries alike. He is compassionate and polite. I dread the day that he retires. On the other hand, the entire office staff (mostly the reception area), are extremely rude and incapable of performing the most mundane tasks. Over 12 years or so I have actually developed a huge intolerance to all of them because of this and have even considered taking our business elsewhere when they are at their worst.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. Dr. Ackerman is wonderful and has been great. The nurses are also very nice and easy to work with, but the front staff is only ok.

Make you get there 30 minutes before appt, yet see people before you who got there after you. Can never talk to a doctor unless you have an appointment and make your copay. Can only talk to a medical assistant with 6 months of schooling. I don't think i want health information from someone who earned a degree/certificate in 6 months. There is a reason doctors go to school for 4+ years. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible..

The doctors in this office are wonderful and very personable but the recptionists at the front desk are not very nice to patients and unwilling to help. We have stopped going because of the way we were treated at the front desk.
