The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They were so friendly to me that I felt at ease the moment I arrived. I was really comfortable and could have talked to them for hours on end.
