It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They are nice but a bit overbooked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. All in all for a conventional Vet. she does a good job.
