They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work when I called to try to make an appointment. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. When I mentioned that it was an unprofessional background noise men shouting and laughing could be heard, the receptionist got defensive and began shouting at me how could this be unprofessional. I immediately hung up and called Towne Family Clinic and had the opposite experience. If making an appointment is that difficult and unprofessional I shudder to think what their health care could be like.

Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I
eventually got in.

Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.
