After moving to the area from out of state, we brought our two dogs to this Vet for their annual check-up and vaccination. We had the same Vet in our home state for 10 years and I can say that Dr. Michelle Faciane is the absolute BEST Vet we have ever had! She took the time to treat our dogs tenderly and she took the time to make sure we knew everything we needed to know for our dogs care in the new climate for us of So. LA. I cannot recommend Dr. Michelle and the staff at Acadian Vet Clinic highly enough. Very impressed and very pleased with our new Vet.

My pet seemed pretty anxious to leave compared to other places we've been too. They were very compassionate, but EXTREMELY expensive. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else that didn't cost quite so much.. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. They also provide flea protection by the month, if you prefer to buy it that way. I've been to other vets that have designated areas for dogs to go to the bathroom but I didn't see one here. It really wasn't that big of deal though because there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine.
