I love this vet! They are wonderful with my dog, always listen to my concerns, and have even taken me in at the last minute and stayed a little late for me. When I call, they remember my dog and always ask after him, so quickly I know they aren't just looking it up in the computer. And after a visit, they always call a few days later to check in and make sure things are going well! I may pay a little more here, but it comes with the peace of mind that he is in a clean, safe environment with people who treat him as they would their own dog.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own.
