I just love them.. they have always helped me and they see me as soon as I call.. If you had a problem with them you made the problem.. They are the nicest people to deal with.. I just love them all... would never go no where else....

I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. Moving from a different city, I made an appt for a new primary care physician. Upon arriving, the rude staff and office manager told me the doctor decided not to treat me. Never in my life have I been refused to be treated!! The doctor didn't even see me. I was asked to leave.
Obnoxious, Rude beyond belief, shocking!
Horrible people and service, They decided to tell me this with a waiting room full of people. What assholes.

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

I was left alone for awhile, but it wasn't too long

I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there.

The office was easy enough to find. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
