I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! Unlike other veterinarians I've been to, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. They were very empathetic when my dogs were sick and nearing the end of their lives. They gave me the decision as to how much I wanted to spend and how long I wanted to keep them alive.

I've always been impressed enough with Dr. Jones, but he and his staff were so incredible when we brought in our 10 puppies, I now feel an overwhelming need to brag aobut how great they are.I have never seen them overbook appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my pets well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They went out of their way to make sure our pet stays as healthy as possible, and were very sympathetic to my situation.
