The staff there is awesome and they deserve to be treated better then what I have seen when I sat in the patient waiting area. Dr. O is a good Chiropractor but does not spend enough time with each patient so I discontinued my care. His office made sure to use all of my benefits in the 1st month because they make you come 3 times a week for a whole month. So once I stopped going, I was not able to continue my care anywhere else because I had no benefits. It's all a scam to get your benefits and your money. But the girls that work for him are amazing, especially Glenda.

I've been seeing Dr O at Rocket City Chiro for about 2 years. All the office staff are extremely nice, personable, and helpful. The waiting area is peaceful and refreshing with free tea, coffee, and water. Dr O is very knowledgeable and talented in his craft. You can tell he is very concerned with how you are doing in your day-to-day life, not simply trying to adjust your spine and get you out the door.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Everyone went above and beyond what I expected! Cost seems to be an issue with some and my husband and I are on a fixed income but your health is your wealth. We are worth the investment! What a savings to not have to be on any drugs or be sick for the past 3yrs. My husband had liver cancer and was declared a dead man by a Dr. 4 yrs. ago BUT through the Godly principles of this practice, nutrition and regular adjustments NO Cancer can be found in his system anywhere! So to compare the cost of the cancer and the cost of chiropractic is a "no brainer"!! How wonderful there are those committed to saving lives and not killing people with chemicals and drugs! I praise God for people like Dr. O and others practicing these principles! "They move the bones and God does the healing"!!!

I must say I am shocked to read the above review. My experience has been very different. The life of my whole family has been changed since we became patients at Rocket City Chiropractic. We all had various health issues that included high blood pressure and asthma. We have experienced such a turn around in these health conditions that the medicine once used to control them is no longer needed. My family and I enjoy the christian atmosphere in the office. Both Dr. O and Dr. Stephens have a heart for God. Not only do I trust them with my family, but my co-workers, friends and church members. I have recommended this office countless times with satisfaction and great results almost always being the outcome. I guess you can only see and judge for yourself if its right for you. As far as my family is concerned, WE LOVE ROCKET CITY!
