No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock. They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. Our cat broke it's leg and Durfee performed surgery for far less than any other vet I have seen. To me that showed that he really cares about the animals more than the money.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
