My husband and I take our dog to Sandy Memorial and really love Dr. Taylor. She is very knowledgeable and seems to always have the right solution for our dog's issues without going overboard. We've never had anything major come up, so I cannot comment in that area, but I would trust Dr. Taylor in the event of something catastrophic. Our dog loves visiting because the staff spoils her to pieces, and she loves Dr. Taylor.

The pricing of vet care is very reasonable too. Also, the pricing of nail cuts and other grooming for our needs is reasonable as well.

My only complaint is that sometimes when we need to purchase her flea/heartworm medicine that the line can be long and the wait long, up to 25 minutes. We’ve found that purchasing those during lunch time when the doctor is lunching relieves the long lines. However, that is a minor issue and the service and care we receive there trumps the long lines.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

I think they did not manage a brachiocephalic airway well. Dog died shortly afterwards. Be very careful if you have a short-nosed breed.
