When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff was waiting for me. I I was very impressed. The vet tech (K) fully explained my dog's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my dog had and what treatment was available. I was texted during the day to let me know how my dog was doing. I was even invited to come see him since he had to stay the night. The vet tech was so compassionate. She made is so much easier for me to leave him in such good hands. I can tell that they really cared about my dog's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

I love Dr. Taylor and would not take my pets anywhere else. I have worked with several veterinarians and have seen different kinds of work ethics, and hers by far is the best I have seen. I have seen her cry with owners when the pets had to be euthanized. She cares for the pets as much as the owners do and doesn't overcharge for her care and services. She genuinely cares about the animals and owners.
