Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

I took my 8 year old puggle there to have her teeth cleaned in 2012 , which they pushed for and got her back brain dead. If you love you pet I would skip this vet.

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

They'll get it for you, but you have to ask several times before they actually do it

They can perform basic procedures, but not really complicated ones

The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good facebook page and online presence.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. While the technicians/office staff tried to help the Veterinarian was unbending, callous and heartless. I definitely had doubts about her qualifications. They were easy to reach and when I called they answered right away but I was really disappointed and disheartened that the vet was unwilling to put my dog down in the comfort of our car. Our shepherd could not walk and the vet insisted on weighing him. The staff tried to weigh him in the car and when that did not work the vet insisted he be taken out of the car. I pleaded with her to dose him as a 200 lb. dog to be sure but she still insisted on weighing him. In the end she had the wrong weight and had to give him a second dose. She lacked compassion for both my dog and me during this very difficult time. My pet was extremely distressed as I was. I would not recommend this vet (the owner of the practice) to anyone for anything. She is a heartless woman.
