This facility is appallingly inept. My medications were incorrectly submitted to the pharmacy. The doctors that are part of their urgent care clinic will not take responsibility for errors. They have lost all compassion for their patients and have become a revolving door that cares only about volume of patients processed and not the quality of care. It is sad that the Hippocratic Oath is meaningless to this facility and revenue is placed above all else.

long wait times and always mistakes made with medication calls to pharmacy. i have had problems with referrals being sent in for approval as well. staff seem to think that patient health isnt important.

I felt very rushed. I felt like I was unimportant to their business. My overall experience with this provider was terrible. Very frustrating! I wasn't happy that they didn't ask me many questions. I was most unhappy with urgent care in Camarillo. I took my 3 yr old toddler for an ear infection. The staff forgot to call in his Prescription, even after calling to remind them. I've been a nurse for a long time and casually forgetting to call in a child's medication is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I called back for the second time, I was told it was closed and couldn't be helped, I would have to call the next day. Will never be back!!!!

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend
more at other places. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
