Adapt of Waxahachie now under a new name is a terrible pot excuse of a mental health facility. The wait is very long, doctors are never on time, medication is never on time, paperwork and anything filed through them is also never on time. The staff is very rude and unsympathetic towards patients. I wish desperately that things would change for this place and the patients under their care because they deserve to be treated respectfully.

I didn't call because they haven't returned ANY of my follow up calls and its been 18 days! and I left a message every day for the past 5. I don't feel stupid. They are obviously inept! In fact, they NEVER returned and I feel ignored. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I am 15 years diagnosed bipolar and I KNOW I need to see a doctor ASAP. That's why I came to them. Have not had psychiatric care for 2 year due to no money. My husband and I have not worked for over 4 yrs. I KNOW I qualify. I NEED HELP! Tried to change rating to NO stars above, but it wouldn't let me.
