Jan is an excellent counselor and I recommend her without reservation. I have seen her on and off over a 10 year period, going many years in between visits. Yet her service and dedication to her field is unwavering, and I know I am cared for in a way that is clinically sound, with feeling and compassion. I can't imagine a situation I would not recommend her for within her chosen specialty. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. I never feel unsafe or apprehensive in her care. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room.
