We see Dr. Naimeh her for my daughter's allergies & have been doing so for several years. She diagnosed my daughter's allergies via allergy testing and subsequently she began taking allergy shots. Now my daughter sees her periodically for follow-ups. Dr Naimeh is friendly and professional, though it seems like we're "just another patient". But my daughter's treatments are going well, her allergies are decreasing, and we don't really have any needs that aren't being met. "Just another patient" works fine in this case. I'm sure if we had problems, they would be addressed appropriately. The office staff is friendly, however, about 3 years ago, I had a VERY bad experience with the part of the office that handles the mixing of the shot serum formula. They were exceedingly rude and impossible to deal with and seemed to take pleasure in the fact that they had something I needed (the serum for my daughter) and taunted me immaturely. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor's office!!! Eventually, I got the needed serum, but I still harbor bad feelings about that experience about 3 years ago because the underlying problem never really was resolved. Another problem we had was with some paperwork quite recently and it was similar to the first problem....that is, the office has some particular way they do something that makes NO logical sense and which they are unclear and confusing about and do NOT make known to me after repeated attempts to resolve the confusion. However, in this more recent incident, a single kind woman in the business office worked with me until the problem could be pinpointed and finally resolved. It took several weeks, but she stayed on the problem until it was resolved, making it a much less frustrating experience than the first problem. Anyway....it is too bad that office problems with paperwork and staff attitude affect my rating, because--as I said--my daughter has received good MEDICAL CARE there.
