I originally went to see Dr. Cohen for heal spurs but I fell and broke my ankle on he other foot. With no satisfaction from my other specialists for my ankle Dr. Cohen offered a 2nd opinion. He diagnosed me with crips and sent me to the pain clinic. THANK GOD he did because I was in a lot of pain 12 weeks after breaking the ankle. Now I am on medication fror the crips and I was just measured for my orthotics for my heal spurs. I am so thankful that I was sent to him for my heal spurs. Because if not for him I would still be in pain. I would seriously recommend him to anyone.

I was referred to Dr. Cohen for heel spurs. I found the information provided on the TV screens to be very informative and it helped me understand more about my condition. Everyone was very helpful and courteous and I found it very easy to speak to Dr. Cohen. The treatments given by the physical therapist at Covenant diminished my pain considerably. The inserts that I ordered for my shoes have helped although I had difficult ordering them on line. I filled out my order and went to submit but a prompt said it could not complete my order until I disabled cookies. I had no idea what that meant, but my son helped me place another order which went through and to my surprise the first order also went through and I ended up with 2 sets ordered. I was able to cancel one of the orders. I am happy with my progress.

The front desk check in was excellent, but I waited over an hour to even be taken back into a room. To be fair, I had a 4:00 p.m. appointment, so I know that this happens in doctors' offices towards the end of the day as patients tend to back up. The nurse that got me situated in the room was professional, but not necessarily friendly, but again, to be fair, it was the end of the day and past 5pm so I'm sure she was ready to be done with her day. Dr. Cohen was very professional and thorough in spite of the late hour, and asked my numerous, tedious questions with a nice demeanor.

Dr. Cohen and the staff are the best people in the world to go see if you have foot problems. I neglected my feet for many months as my diabetes progressed. Dr. Cohen was very understanding, patient and suggested the treatment that has made the difference in my life and probably has kept me from having my feet amputated. I can't thank him enough for all he has done for me. An amazing doctor!
