Heel was numb, staff was very nice, Dr. Cohen was very informative and explained different things to do with my heel.

Dr. Cohen was direct and to the point with honest , helpful answers to my questions. I felt at ease with him and will come back for another visit in one month per his instructions.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and very professional. Dr Cohen was very thorough and took his time explaining my problem and options. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Dr. Cohen took the time after my appointment to answer a few more questions for me and gave me great advice on what shoes to purchase for my workouts and runs. the nurses and staff were all great as well. I would like to compliment Jessica personally. She was friendly and knowledgeable.

The office staff were very nice, from the time I first scheduled my appointment, as well as when I arrived. The Doctor was very informative and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. I felt very at ease and confident in the Doctor and and staff.

The entire staff was very friendly and professional.My concerns were acknowledged and noted. Dr. Cohen's explanation of my "problem" was concise and easily understood. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

This was my first visit to Dr. Cohen and I was very impressed with the professional but friendly and prompt care I received by everyone. The office was also very clean which I truly appreciate. I have several issues with my feet and I am diabetic. Dr. Cohen was able to target my issues right away, especially his analysis of my right foot following a severe injury in February. He explained what was happening to my foot and leg in terms I could understand and outlined my options and the next steps in the process. I just recently moved to Saginaw and was nervous about changing doctors. I have had several podiatrists in the past. He is by far the best. The care, staff, explanations, and cleanliness of the facility far exceeded anything I have experienced in the past. Thank you everyone for treating me like I was the most important person rather than just a patient number or disorder.
