You wont find a better physician than Dr. Cicoria, he's very knowlegable, caring and compassionate towards all his patients. Yes, there are times we have to call back for a follow up appt. But, as far as services provided by the physician he is 2nd to none. The vast majority of times, one needs to address their questions in an appt, so its imperitive that you list your questions to ask at your appointment. One can hardly blame a physician for not answering questions or diagnosing over the phone or internet. I have recommended many patients to his service when other had given up or misdiagnosed a problem and Dr. C. has served them all well.
