Really caring and loving staff....Was not the best of situations when I had to visit with my beloved GiGi, but they took care of her needs and made her comfortable, easing me and my daughter.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
I've had very bad experiences with bad vets in other states but Kinslow Animal Hospital is the BEST I've ever had. Other vets have caused me to lose 3 dogs because they either didn't care or and because of misdiagnosing them. Another vet picked up my pomeranium by the throat just because he barked once and another permanently injured a pomeranium's leg. I now have 5 Chihuahuas and one of them got a dog treat caught in his throat. They tried to get it out by flushing his throat but it failed. They tried a number of things but all failed. They decided we would have to take him to a specialist to have it taken out surgically which would have cost $1600 - over $2000. Iasked them to try to flush his throat out one more time. AND THEY SAVED MY DOGS LIFE ! ! ! ! I am so over joyed and can't thank them enough that I bought the vet a large bouquet of flowers. That dog has a lot of medical problems with brain damage + seizures and I have grown very close to him from trying to work with him so much. The vets really care about him and would even call me to ask how's he doing and tell me what could possibly be done for him. I would hate it if I ever had to move away because I don't think I'll ever have another superb vet like the ones at Kinslow Animal Hospital. I even jokingly asked them if I ever move would they move with me or build another hospital wherever I go.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

I don't know how many times I've called Kinslow's within the past few weeks. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and they made it clear that should I have any more questions I want answered to call again anytime. I thought for sure they'd think I was being annoying, but their staff is very understanding, friendly, and welcoming. They are very personable and professional, and made the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my experience with them.
