No! They took my terrified pet to a different room and wouldn't allow me go

Being from out of town with our dog we weren't sure where to turn when our little boy showed signs of illness. We flipped a coin between 2 places and definitely won when we chose Kind Care Animal Hospital. We just walked in and were told we might have a wait. No problem as it wasn't an emergency. Well, within 15 minutes we were in an exam room and seeing Dr. Mindy Newman. Very compassionate staff. Couldn't say a bad word about them! AFFORDABLE!!Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience easier to deal with. All my questions were answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. This is my second dog using KInd Care, the compassion displayed when I lost my first dog of 16 years was unbeliveable, I highly recommond the entire staff.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection
