Front desk staff and the vet tech were very rude! I felt interrogated the second I walked through the door. The vet and the vet tech kept telling me my puppy was itchy because I didn't control his fleas, which I do. I repeatedly told them he has grain allergies that make him itchy but they wouldn't listen and kept searching him for fleas (which they found none). They continued to lecture me about the importance of flea control and finally agreed to give him a RX for Prednisone. I felt like they thought I was a complete moron and was talked down to the entire apt.

Dr. seemed scared of my dog and she weighs all of 5 lbs.. Insisted on clipping toenails when that's not even why I brought her in. I kept telling him not to clip them but he did anyways. He ended up clipping too far and she bled everywhere....For being a vet, he sure was scared of the dogs.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
