I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. Trying to get a returned phone call is IMPOSSIBLE. I have waited up to three days for a call. Today, I called and spoke with Lindsey, the receptionist, who cut me off in mid sentence. I have a nephrostomy and the site is infected. After a visit to the ER, wound care, and antibiotics I am feeling better. Returning patient calls is important. Follow up on concerns by caregivers is important. Dr. Poore and his staff need to realize this before they are sued.
