Absolutely exceeded my expectations in every way. I was so impressed with Dr Hughes and his staff. Very professional, caring, detail oriented and a noticeable passion for what they do well. I would highly recommend any man with prostate cancer to visit Dr Hughes.
Everyone at First Dayton are Top-Notch. I was always greeted with a smile and everyone was very professional. Everyone was always available to answer any questions I may have and always explained everything to me. They made me feel comfortable. I would recommend them to everyone.
The treatments were on time and timed out well. The staff was very friendly. The treatment and prep were spelled out very well. The portal was very helpful with information on what was going on and reports. The front desk were friendly.
Even though it was only 5 days of treatment, the prep for each treatment was hard. The treatments were long but having some Parkinsons did not make it easy. The staff was excellent. Annette was so very caring and patient. I would recommend First Dayton Cyberknife to anyone who asks.
First of all the staff here are the 'Best'! They are kind and compassionate, they made treatment for a horrible disease a true pleasure. The doctors are at the top in this field. The front desk, financial and nurse's are so pleasant and caring.
Staff was informative. Each step of treatment was thoroughly discussed. Treatment was excellent. Staff was very carrying. (Jo and Annette, particularly)
This place has been awesome since the 1st day I came in. All your staff has been great. From the Front Desk to the Treatment Room. I have always been well taken care of by the Radiation Techs. You have a Top Notch Staff. Keep up the good work.
I was extremely pleased with the whole staff. The Front Office, Nurses & Physicians were all professional. When I had the inserts (as painful as that was) Jo made me feel better. Annette was a joy to see every morning with her warm smile. I am so blessed and thankful to have come to First Dayton Cyberknife.
I was very impressed and pleased at how friendly and polite everyone was. The facility is kept up and always looked very clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this as a treatment for anyone.
As I have mentioned to some of the staff members, the "unpleasant situation" of cancer is something no one wants to deal with. The staff, everyone made this experience just the opposite of an unpleasant in every way. To the point I felt the cancer itself is "overshadowed" and put in it's place. Everyone's optimism definite rubbed off and I never felt pessimistic about any of this.
