They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

They worked wonders helping me recover from my injuries. I will definitely be recommending this physical therapist to my friends and family. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
