Just want to clear up the misunderstanding about some facts listed. We prefer not to allow client's animals to urinate on the building and the shrubbery around the clinic. It is acceptable to use the designated large grass area in front of the building for pets to use the restroom. Please call us if you have any questions about our policies or our staff.

Dr. Cone has issues! The man chewed me out for my dog using the bathroom on his grass. Looking around it's obvious that it's not just my dog using the bathroom on the grass, and my dog was a patient of the clinic. The horses that are brought to the clinic leave piles of dung out in the parking lot. I wonder if Dr. Cone chews out the owners of the horses as well? I've always wondered about the high turnover of the office staff. Every time I went in the clinic I saw new faces. Now, I think I know the reason. This is a real shame, because the standard of care for the clinic is excellent. I've always been happy with the care that my animals received. I am very disappointed in the treatment that I have received from Dr. Cone.

I don't appreciate that they take care of people buying pet food over those with sick or injured animals. My dog was bleeding and in pain but I had to wait for three poople to buy stuff and one lady to board her spoiled pet that she gave a thousand instructions for its care. My pet had to have "emergency surgery" but we waited three days to have it done! They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I felt bad for my pet because he was so anxious to leave, I've never experienced a reaction like that before. The veterinarian didn't even do anything to try to calm him down. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. The staff here is somewhat friendly but not very knowledgeable. They don't go out of their way, but they are nice enough.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. It has never crossed my mind to take my pets anywhere else due to their outstanding ability to perform any basic as well as complicated procedures. Their level of knowledge and experience is unlike any other vet I have ever been to. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

The staff was great,the Dr.basicaly said I was wanting the drugs for myself and I had a choise of a $1200 cat-scan or put him down (he was ready to do so NOW),,that was over a year ago,,he is on meds and doing great,NO thanks to this vet ,,it only cost me $315 that day for test,I paid cash only to get another bill in the mail a week later for something they forgot to bill me for..I will NEVER take my pup there again..

No, they just told me worst case scenario with total disregard towards my feelings.
