Very Unprofessional staff! Would not recommend this practice to anyone!! In just a couple of years I've had to change doctors 3 times because the staff keeps changing. I know this is hard to believe but I was actually cussed at by the "office manager" if that gives you any idea. Lesson learned. Do research when choosing a medical practice for your family!!

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

No, they definitely favor certain clients

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Was this provider's office too loud?
No, it wasn't too loud
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
