Rude, unprofessional, unorganized. Lost paperwork they asked me for.

There is nobody in the front office, someone from the back calls out to you that a test is in progress and they will be with you shortly. They are doing an employment drug screen for me; the bathroom is disqusting, the man gives me a cup with no label; he doesn't wear gloves at any point when handling my urine sample and the work bench area is cluttered and dirty. I give him the sample and he tells me I can wash my hands; the sink is around the corner; I left my sample unattended with this man. I leave feeling unsure about the handling of my sample, was it my sample that is getting shipped for analysis. I should never have left the sample unattended with someone as unprofessional as the person collecting the sample.
