If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff and vet in this office are horrible to work with. When I walked in they grabbed my dog before even asking why I was there. When I got back to pick him up from a teeth cleaning and blood work I was asking questions like "does the blood work look ok?" their response "I don't know;" Me: "Is there a vet I can talk to?" response "They are busy;" Me: "Did he get to go out and potty or should I take him out now?" response "I don't know. I wasn't back there;" Me: "So can he eat now?" response "I don't know... uh... which dog is yours again?;"
Needless to say I was a little annoyed that they couldn't answer any questions. They were completely clueless and not helpful at all. And I never once got to see an actual vet or ask any questions and got ZERO information about what they did or didn't do, about his bloodwork, his teeth, NOTHING.
I get in the car and my dog was crying he needed to potty so bad. I pulled over and let him out, he peed for a minute straight, obviously didn't get out of the kennel the entire day (8am-5pm). I was mad so I called to speak to the vet. Dr. Sorenson got on. I explained the experience I had there and that I was upset about how I was treated in his office. HIS RESPONSE......
"Thats just how it is....the people working for me are 'good-hearted' people and I'd stick my neck out for them any day." When I mentioned my dog didn't get let out to potty.... "he was asleep all day what do you expect!" When I mentioned that his staff seemed clueless and I got no information about the services provided, response "well thats just how we do things around here... if you don't like it that's your problem"
He was rude. Unapologetic. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I wont' be going back. I have NO CONFIDENCE in this clinic.

Terrible service, lady Joan at the front is flat awful to your pets and rips them out of their cage and throws them into a crate. Terrible and when I told the vet my concern he said I needed to hurry up and be done with my rant because she is fine once you get to know her. Awful!!!!!!

I felt like they were very good here.
Diagnosed my dog - Handled his injury carefully even though he was very scared and pain-reactive, and he's a LARGE boy!
They kept the cost as low as possible, but gave me the options for if I wanted to do more for him.
Thankfully after some pain meds, and some time, his achilles tenden healed on it's own so I'm glad I didn't go for surgery. I like it that the vet spelled out all the possibilities. I'd go there for advice and care again. Thank you.

It was the worst Vet Clinic that I have ever went to. Very unprofessional !!! The doctor could not even take one minute to look at my dog, let alone acknowledge us. I will never go back, it was an absolutely terrible experience.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
