We have taken our animals to Dr. Kevin for years! At the present time we have a rescue and a guide dog. He is such a caring and compassionate veterinarian. His staff is very special also.

My cocker spaniel tore her ACL and another vet in the area that is a national chain couldn't do it at the Mt. Juliet branch. They could do it at another branch they had for over 1500.00 plus the 700 I had already spent in X-rays. They also couldn't say that she would walk right again and would next extensive PT. I called The Ark and for the cost of less then the XRays at the other place not only did Dr. Brummett do the surgery, my dog was up walking on her own in two weeks and after a month you couldn't tell she even had a problem!

He is very thorough and treats pets as though they are his own - I've visited for over 15 years and he's the only vet I have ever trusted so completely. I'm most impressed that he endorsed a no cost spay/nueter program's services for the area's low income pet owners by working as it's vet for a long period. He's a really principled, honest, caring veterinarian.

Very qualified, very caring veterinarian and excellent staff. Highly skilled. We switched to Dr. Brummitt after receiving mediocre care from several other vets. He really knows what he is doing and goes the extra mile. Some family members also work there.

My neighbor told me about The Ark a few years ago and I began to take my dog there regularly. Very clean and the staff is great. I never went anywhere else after the first visit. I was really surprised at the affordability compared to other vets I had been to. When we had to put our dog to sleep this July we were treated with such kindness and our dog was especially cared for with gentleness and respect. We were so sad to have to put her to sleep but she was suffering.

Sometimes there is guilt when you have to finally do this, but the staff at The Ark told us we were acting on her best behalf. They gave us as much time as we needed to be with her before and after the procedure. They explained what would be happening or could happen so there were no unexpected surprises. We were with her the whole time to pet and sooth her and they let us grieve for as long as we needed.

Well, we got a new dog, a rescue dog, just a few days ago and we are headed back to The Ark to start him off on the right foot with good care.

I highly recommend The Ark for your pet.
