My experience with this place started off well enough (not counting the annoying scheduling lady with the accent, who literally called me about 3 times a week for several weeks in order to schedule the study. These people are obviously desperate for business, not surprisingly.)

They let me know that the study would be covered by my insurance, (more on that later). I arrived and the suite was nice enough. The sleep tech they had was pleasant to work with.

Sometime later I got the results from the study, they told me that I was fine and did not appear to suffer from sleep apnea. A few days after that, they called me back and told me the results were not conclusive, because part of the equipment (the apparatus measuring breathing) came off in the middle of the test (….isn’t that what the sleep tech was there for? She was allegedly monitoring my exam. There are two different cameras in the room, a microphone and all of the electrode information is visible to the tech, whose sole job is to be MONITORING THE EQUIPMENT AND EXAM) they also told me I wasn’t asleep for enough time during the test.

I agreed to do a take home test, which I completed. I brought the equipment back to them, and assured them I got better sleep this time around. They called me back yet again, and this time they said I need to be asleep for 6 hours……( The whole reason for my visit is I CANT SLEEP FOR MORE THAN ABOUT 3 HOURS AT A TIME. I TOLD them this)

I let them know they weren’t going to get much better of a study than the last one. I was left with the “diagnoses” that I “probably” don’t have sleep apnea.

Sometime later, I received a bill for SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS. They had told me initially that the study would be “covered”. Every other reputable medical center I have been to TELLS you how much out of pocket you will get charged for. Never in a million years would I have gone with the place if I knew how much it was going to cost me.

Don’t go to this place, they want your money, won’t tell you how much out of pocket you will be charged, and you may get a subpar exam. They are desperate for your money

Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend
more at other places. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
