This is the worst office I have ever seen. The staff are are rude, unprofessional, and violates HIPPA laws. The office manager is so unprofessional it's ridiculous. If you ask for her it will take thirty minutes for her to come out, and she is no better than her unprofessional staff. What a shame this office bring to chiropractic care. I will never go back and I wouldn't refer anyone there.

The office was very unprofessional. First appointment I made they "lost" and said they didn't have any record of it. Went back and sat for over an hour. As I sat there I was amazed at the volume of people going in and out. i thought it strange I seemed to be the only one waiting. When I realized they were calling people who had literally just walked in, I pointed it out to the staff. I was irritated but mistakes happen. Finally I was called to the back, however, Dr. Victor Flynn continued to see patients who had just gotten there although staff assured me he was aware of the situation and that I was still waiting. They then told me he was seeing the other patients because their exams wouldn't take as long as mine because I was a new patient. I told them after over an hour that was of no relevance to me and that I expected to be seen next. Dr. Flynn finally came in very pompous and arrogant and unprofessional. He told me they had things to do too and he didn't appreciate me having an attitude and that he would not apologize because he was busy and I wasn't the only one with things to do. He then told me he didn't think he wanted to treat me. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a so called professional in all my life.
