I don't like this place and here is why.

They make no effort to be flexible in booking appointments. Waited month to see this optician and then come to find out if they like you and know you, they will make you an appointment that day or that week.

Why the hell did I have to wait months then. Very frustrating! I'm pretty angry. I do not like a single one of these immature brats that work and run this office. They need to go back to school for manners.

Try to complain and there is no one willing to hear anything so I just decided that I will never going to recommend them to anyone. I was in desperate need of glasses. I was not pleased.

When glasses FINALLY did came in, they were simply wrong and poorly made although their prices were incredibly high, they did not live up to the prices they charge. No one cared.

This place needs management that is a little more mature than the 18 year old smacks they hire. OK so manybe they are older say 25 or even 30 years old however they behave as though they are in kindergarden. Useless.

Will not be back and will never recommend. I don't know what else to say other than I feel so frustrated and angry at the poor mannners and how I was treated and talked down to. Terribly nasty place but you would 'think' the owner would see this? Nope.

I attempted to make a couple appointments for my family today and the service I received from Lieblong Eye Clinic was appalling. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I called this morning and asked if they accepted my insurance. They stated they did not, so I called my insurance company looking for providers. They told me that I had a provider close to me, had I looked into Lieblong? I said yes, but they said they weren't a provider. My insurance company confirmed and said yes they are. So I called Lieblong back looking to make an appointment and half way through my first sentence of I want to make an appointment I was put on hold. No "Can you wait a moment"... nothing. Then I was transferred to someone else who I had to explain again that I wanted to make an appointment. She asked who my insurance was through and when I told her she interrupted me again (WHERE is the respect for your customers that you cannot even give them the opportunity to tell you what they need?) and she proceeded to go into the rudest rant I've ever heard in my life. She said "LET me explain something to you... " in the most condescending tone possible. She explained that they were in fact NOT providers (they are, confirmed multiple times) and that they would NOT accept my insurance and that she could make me an appointment but that "it wouldn't pay ANYTHING... no yearly exam, no glasses, contacts, nothing... NOTHING". I was so upset by her tirade that I couldn't even form an appropriate response. She quickly ended the call and I was left with the phone in my hand thinking "WHAT in the world just happened?" They had absolutely no reason to act that way and treat me the way they did. I felt like I was being spit on the way that lady acted. I was appalled. Absolutely appalled. Never in my life have I been treated that way. Save your time and sanity and go elsewhere. I hope they run themselves out of business if they treat all of their customers in this manner.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Dr. Leiblong was very professional and thourough.
