I go only when I have no other choice. I signed in at 12:40 pm and just got to a table at 3:20pm. Since getting back here I have seen employees grouping together to discuss what the other is doing wrong on 4 different occasions. They are quick to tell the consumer when they say something not pleasing to them that they can't come back for a certain length of time. There is no professional attitude in this work place. And they show favoritism to the ones who clown with them.

Made donation on the 19th of last month @ Hot Springs,AR Malvern road location. Still haven't received my $50 payment as promised. Card company says they have sent 3 communications about this issue but have received no response from DCI.

I went to the Greenville site couple months ago. Well, once I was hooked up to the machine, something went wrong. In my opinion the technician did not hook up the machine correctly. Well, this caused me to me not to be able to donate for about 8 weeks. After I was able to donate again I had to do a yearly physical and discuss my health. Well, I wasn't asked if I had a tattoo or how many I had. Well, I had one during my hiatus I had forgot about. After letting me donate I get a call to come back to DCI to ask me about a tattoo that was seen.I was given a form to have filled out at the tattoo parlor that has a very very good reputation of PPE. Turned out after waiting for about a month to donate again, after calling and got hung up on. I received a call to come in to discuss my chart. And was told that I was banned from donating all because I forgot and they did not do a good job asking the appropriate probing question. the Greenville site is messing, there is only one true team player that started out at the front desk, when to the floor and is now in management and knows about the messiness of DCI

On Tuesday, 6/23/15, I went to the DCI located on 2nd St. in Albuquerque, NM. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour. I became frustrated a left. I returned later that same day only to be denied the opportunity to donate. They told me it was because one of their new staff had accidentally thrown away my "bleeds" and that they could not allow me to donate without those exact same bleeds. The real reason they denied me was because I walked out earlier. The management and certain staff at this this facility seem to think that they are "Holyer than Thou". They cannot retain staff and are constantly making errors because of it. This really needs to be brought to the attention of corporate staff so that this facility can be put in check.

I recently donated and due to an inexperienced worker my donation took a little over 2 hours. Nothing like seeing people sit down and get up before you do. afterwards it took the office over an hour and a half to put the money on the card I guess as payback for having a bad attitude for the bad service.
